Where are we?
St Paul's is a pleasant seaside parish set on the Fylde coast in Lancashire in north-west England, nestling between St Annes-on-Sea and Lytham. There is a population of approximately six thousand people of whom circa 150 are on our electoral roll.
The district is largely residential with a number of good schools, a modern library and an excellent village shopping area … which includes our own Parish fund raising shop. We share the church community with an array of different Christian denominations with whom we have excellent relations and with whom we meet for joint worship.
Surrounding recreation facilities include several golf courses [including the world famous Royal Lytham & St Anne's Golf Course, eleven-times hosts to the Open Golf Championships, most recently in 2012]; sailing; and bird watching along the Fylde estuary’s coastline.
We are located in the lovely seaside area of Fairhaven. More specifically, we are on Lake Road North, which is directly off Clifton Drive, and just around the corner from Woodlands Road, Ansdell. If you are planning on using SatNav, just type in FY8 1AG!
